We are heading to Austin for SXSW and we couldn’t be more excited. We have been scouring the web for info about concerts, food, and shopping and the more we research the more we can’t wait to visit the next weirdest city to Portland (Which we have also visited in the past 5 months. We discovered that the Miho Gastrotruck food truck was coming to North County, only about 15 minutes from our office, we were watching the clock all morning ’til lunch. The infamous farm to street food truck of San Diego usually doesn’t come up in our direction but now they have new locations in Poway and Rancho Bernardo for us to enjoy. As we pulled up and made our orders I was not only salivating over the menu but the well designed truck packed with amazing uses of type and creative uses of food quotes. Our food was delicious and the design was dessert. (Speaking of dessert…Next time we will get there early so we can get the Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookie.)  Check out their site at Miho Gastrotruck food truck for the up-to-date schedule and locations.
